Returns and Refunds

We pride ourselves on our 99% plus customer satisfication rate (both on Trade Me and with our direct sales from our Red Knight site) but if you are not happy when you receive your order from us we have a Returns & Refunds policy:

1. We inspect all our items for any manufacturing faults prior to sending your order and every care is taken to ensure suitable packaging is used. On receipt of your package please inspect the contents. Damaged or missing items must be reported to us immediately after delivery.

2. If you receive an item that is damaged due to shipping please notify us immediately by e-mail (preferably with a photo of the damage) and we will arrange a replacement at no cost. Damaged items must be returned to us and we will refund the return postage for them. We pack most of our orders in bubble wrap postage bags or in boxes so damage in transit is quite rare.

3. Once an item has been delivered and ant damage is not reported to us immedaitely we do not offer a refund. If you don't like the items then on-selling them is your responsibility. Therefore we have a no refund policy for an item once it has been delievered unless it has been damaged in transit.
