Ordering & Shipping

  • All items are stocked in New Zealand unless stated otherwise
  • Orders are processed promptly after payment is received, but please allow up to 5 working days from payment to courier pick up
  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location within New Zealand
  • You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched
  • We not not have a direct to public retail store. If you live in the Wellington area you can arrange pick up in Upper Hutt.

We do ship overseas but because of the extra shipping costs we recommend you look to shop in your own country first. If you are overseas and want to order friom us, please contact us and we will provide you with a shipping quote before you decide to buy or not.

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
