Australian and International Customers

Where possible we recommend that you try to find a supplier for the type of product that you are after in your country as this is usually the cheaper option if you can find something similar to what you are after at home. 

However, we do stock an increasing number of items that are not always available in your country. As a result about 20% of our sales are now for Australian and International Customers. 

We include international delivery in our pricing options if you are ordering from outside of New Zealand. This covers orders up to 1 kg in weight which can also fit inside a Size 4 NZ Post Bag (38 cm by 30 cm)  Heavier or larger items need to be sent as Parcels. Please contact us for a Quote for International Parcel Shipping for these types of orders.

We send all of our orders via Tracked International Courier Post which has a targeted delivery time of 2 to 6 working days anywhere in the world. However we cannot personally guarantee this. 

We also include a Customs declaration with your order and we have never had any issues with Customs with any of our International orders.

Once we have sent your order we will confirm that it has been sent by sending you the unique NZ Post Tracking Number which should also show up in your Postal Services tracking system at some point of the delivery journey.

Usually we send out orders received on Monday through to Thursday on the day after. For others received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday we aim to send them out on Monday but often this will be on a Tuesday. Public holidays may also affect this.

Sometimes we take holidays (!) and if we do we will advise customers of this on the Home Page of this site and when orders received during our break will sent to you.
