This larger version of our popular Type 10 buckle is for large belts 30 mm wide. The study construction and attachment point are ideal for belts supporting a heavy, e.g. a sword.
There are holes drilled through both sides of the buckle plate which the strap is clamped between. These holes are for rivets (not provided) to secure the belt strap with.
