This is a fantastically decorated drinking horn inspired by "Olaf the Peacock" - a chieftain of the early Icelandic Commonweath. This version of the horn has a stylised red peacock further. Because of the length and shape of this horn it comes with a handforged tripod stand.
This is a rather stunning horn that looks better than the photos show as it is hard to show the depth and detail of the althernating painted on pink and green spot design.
This horn has dyed with a vibrant red colour that is further enhanced by the natural light and dark tones on the horn to give dark red through to vivid red hues.
