This Viking themed horn has a Viking Compass ("Vegviser") carved design. A vegvísir (Icelandic for sign post or wayfinder) is an Icelandic magical symbol intended to help the bearer find their way through rough weather. The symbol is attested in the Huld Manuscript, collected in Iceland by Geir Vigfusson in 1880 (but consisting of material of earlier origin).
This Viking themed horn tankard has a big bold Thor's Hammer (Mjolnir) engraved on it. Approximate capacity 600 - 750 ml.

This is one of our best selling horns. It has a brass finial and an etched brass rim at the mouth. It also has Odin's two ravens (Huginn and Muninn) engraved on it for a true Viking feel.
We have a very small number of these left. All have slightly damaged rims (e.g. with indentations) and other imperfections. All are still usable. Offered at discount because of this. We expect new stock February 2022.
