Product Details

Our beautiful Penannular Omega Fibula’s simple shapes make it a perfect accessory for numerous possible periods and characters: Romans, Iberians, Goths, Francs, Vikings. This style, which was quite popular with the Romans and especially common among Germans of the 3rd-4th century, was used in Northern and Northwestern Europe well into the first half of the Middle Ages.

This brooch pin is made from hard-wearing pure brass terminating with decorative spiral ends. Its inner diameter is approx. 3.8 cm and the pin is around 8cm long.

HOW TO USE YOUR FIBULA / BROOCH: Pierce the cloth where you want your fibula to hold your cloak. Then pass the pin between the ends of the ring. And rotate the ring at 90 degrees under the pin tip. Once you let it go, the fabric instantly presses the pin on the ring itself and keeps the fibula closed.
