Horn combs have been used since time immemorial as common personal grooming tools. We can source a wide variety of different sized drinking horns made from cow horn. The horn is sourced from domestic cattle and meets New Zealand Ministry of Primary Industries import standards.
The large horn comb is about 12 cm long.It is ideal for all historical re-enactors who want to extend their kit by including common everyday personal items or for anybody really who wants to use a neat, had crafter natural comb as opposed to a modern mass produced plastic one.
The horn comb has been boiled and cleaned thoroughl so you can use it straight away. Also cleaning your comb with some form of natural oil occassionally will increase its life, Being a natural product the shape and colour will vary from item to item.
