This Drinking Horn celebrates the Cletic God Cernunnos.
Cernunnos is an ancient Celtic "horned god" associated with wild animals, nature, fertility, and wealth, primarily worshipped in Gaul and Britain. Often depicted with stag antlers, seated cross-legged, and wearing or holding a torque (a sacred neck ring), he is known as the "lord of wild things".
Hand-engraved with care, each carving shows traditional craftsmanship, giving the horn a unique and authentic Celtic character.
Crafted from ethically sourced natural cow horn, each piece has its own unique grain patterns, shades, and textures. No two horns are exactly the same. The natural variations in color, ranging from light amber to deep earthy tones, make every Norse drinking horn one of a kind.
With a capacity of approximately 300 ml, this medieval horn is ideal for serving mead, ale, cider, or any cold or room temperature beverage. Please note that this horn is designed for cold and room temperature drinks only. Hot liquids can damage the natural horn structure.
The horn comes with a hand forged iron bipod stand and has a brass rim.
This horn is perfect for gatherings, medieval banquets, LARP events, or as a striking decorative display piece.
When your horn arrives we recommend rinsing it in lukewarm water. Never wash your horn in very hot water or in a dishwasher. Avoid hot liquids and occasionally apply food-safe beeswax to maintain shine.
Each Horn of Cernunnos is handmade from natural cow horn. Variations in size, shape, color, and engraving depth are normal and part of its unique character.
