New Zealand Customers

Postage for New Zealand customers is included in the purchase price except in the case of large heavy orders that cannot be shipped by New Zealand Post. For extra large orders where we need to use NZ Courier Post please contact us for a quote.

We send all of our orders via Tracked NZ Post and once we have sent your order to you, we will confirm that it has been sent by sending you the unique NZ Post Tracking Number.

If you want faster delivery, you can use the "Postal Upgrade for New Zealand" upgrade below. However note that if we post an order using this option on a Friday, it usually won't be delivered until the following Monday.    

Usually we send out orders received on Monday through to Thursday on the day after. For others received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday we aim to send them out on Monday but often this will be on a Tuesday. 

Sometimes we take holidays (!) and if we do we will advise customers of this on the Home Page of this site and when orders received during our break will sent to you.
