This generic Viking sword is made from tempered high carbon steel and has brass fittings including a 5 lobate Viking style pommel.
Although it has dulled edges, it comes with a sharp point so is not immediately suitable for renactment combat unless the purchaser rounds the tip off. This is a relatively simple task which can be done in most metal working shops.
This is a mutli-purpose sword, useful for slashing, cutting, and thrusting.
The grip is wood wrapped in high grade leather for a secure grip. it comes with a matching scabbard with brass fittings made of wood and wrapped in leather to match the grip.
As this sword is hand forged and not mass produded, its finish and its overall measurements can vary slightly.
