This mid 15th century style Gothic cuirass consists of both a breastplate and backplate with a single tonlet on both plates to allow the wear to bend more easily.
The cuirass is handcrafted from 1.6mm (16-gauge mild steel) and is highly adjustable thanks to its multiple leather straps. It is available in three sizes: medium (chest 94-104cm), large (chest 105-115cm) and extra-large (chest 116-126cm) (Measure yourself with gambeson).
Note: This product is carefully coated with a layer of oil when packaged that acts as a temporary (protective) layer against corrosion (rust), which can easily be wiped off using any oil remover or even a dry cloth.
