Most orders are sent in standard red NZ Post bubble bags with tracking added for all orders. Delivery is usually in 1 -3 days after we deliver your order to NZ Post but we cannot guarantee this. One recent order to Auckland from Upper Hutt took 9 days.
If you want your item delivered quicker then we will send your order as fast as we can to you via NZ Courier Post.We will try to deliver your order to a NZ Post shop within 24 hours of receiving it (except if ordered on weekends and public holidays) where we will endeavour to send it on the next business day). NZ Post try to deliver on the next business day after we post it but we cannot guarantee delivery times as this is in the hands of NZ Post.
This option only applies to small items - horns, journals, accessories, etc. and the items(s) need to fit inside one of the standard red NZ Post Bags and not exceed 3 kg in weight.
